We offer simple, transparent shipping with no hidden freight surprises. Most consumables ship free over $99, and equipment shipping uses predictable flat rates so you can order with confidence.

Free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a $5.95 flat rate.

Equipment Orders

Equipment orders are usually shipped LTL freight. To make shipping costs easy to identify, we ship equipment orders according to the following:

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both small items and equipment, the equipment shipping rate will apply.

Oversized & Specialty Items

Some oversized, heavy, hazardous, or specialty items may not qualify for the standard shipping rates above. Any exclusions or special shipping requirements will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Orders may ship via parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or freight carriers, depending on size, weight, and destination. Shipping method is determined at our discretion to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Freight Delivery (LTL Shipments)

Large equipment orders may ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight on a pallet.

Freight shipments include liftgate service for delivery to ground level unless otherwise noted.

Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only and are not responsible for moving items inside your building, garage, or job site.

Residential & Limited-Access Deliveries

Residential addresses, construction sites, schools, military bases, and locations with restricted access may require additional transit time.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If damage is visible:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before signing
• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours

Do not refuse delivery unless the shipment is severely damaged or unusable. Refusing delivery for minor damage may delay replacement or claims processing.

Failure to note damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a freight claim.

FOB Shipping Terms

All shipments are FOB Origin (Free On Board Origin).

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves our warehouse or supplier facility. We will assist with freight claims when possible but are not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit.

Processing & Transit Times

Orders typically ship within 1 business day.

Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Equipment orders shipped via LTL freight may require additional transit time and scheduling. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Small items and consumables that are shipping via FedEx, UPS, USPS or similar typically take 3-4 business days to arrive.

LTL freight may take 10-14 business days to arrive.

If an item is on backorder, it will be noted on the product page. Backordered items may have extended processing times.

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States

Shipping rates listed above apply only to the 48 contiguous United States.
